Lactation Consult

As the International Board Certified Lactation Consultant for Team Tongue Tie, Jarrah Foster is trained to help with all breastfeeding problems. Often times, mothers know or feel that something is not right, but they can’t identify what the problem is. Jarrah can help with breastfeeding concerns related to a tongue tie and those that are not.

Any time can be the 'right time' to see a lactation consultant.  If you have a history of breastfeeding difficulties or potential breastfeeding concerns, seeing a lactation consultant prenatally can help you create a plan for breastfeeding once the baby is born.  Seeing a lactation consultant immediately after delivery can help get breastfeeding off to the best start possible.  Other times, breastfeeding difficulties can pop up weeks later.  Regardless of where you are at in your journey, we want to help. We want you to enjoy every benefit of breastfeeding.  We invite you to make a private appointment with Jarrah to address specific concerns or questions you may have and create a plan of care individualized to you and your baby’s needs and goals.
